Steve F. Kelly, PE

Steve launched the Kelly Group in 1979 after managing Duke Powers Energy Management program. As one of the pioneers in the Energy Management field, Steve has over 30 years of hands on experience in the Engineering field.

Daniel R. Payne

Daniel has 11 years of drafting and 4 years of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering experience. Daniel holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Graphics Technology.

Trey Brower

Trey has an Associates in Arts from Central Piedmont Community College and has years of Energineering experience. Trey has completed the NFPA's beginning sprinkler design course and is an ASPE (American Society of Plumbing Engineers) member.

William V. Wright, PE, PhD

Bill brings 57 years of engineering experience and 20 years of CAD and engineering analysis to the organization. With his background and experience Bill brings valuable knowledge to the business.

Melanie Meacham

Melanie recieved her BS from Arizona State University and has worked in marketing for 17 years. While living in Phoenix AZ, Melanie worked in the Energy Management field, primarily in residential load managment, HVAC and solar.

Ryan Hefley

Ryan completed his Degree in Computer Technology at York Technical College in 2009. He is our current programmer and webmaster and is responsible for maintaining and further enhancing EASY.
