The Kelly Group uses our Energy Accounting software tool EASY to measure and analyze electric, gas, water, and emissions data. This versatile tool allows us to customize your building inventory so you can store the building characteristics that are the most important for your needs. Using weather data from the closest National Weather Service station and fuel mix ratios from your utilities, instead of national and regional averages, makes our analyses accurate and meaningful.
With EASY, you not only have a powerful tracking and accounting tool, but you have the support of an organization that has been in the energy accounting field for 30 years. We will work with your local utility company to receive automatic downloads of your utility data each month. This data is then added to your energy database and sent to you via email. With the touch of a button you can create reports which will give you weather corrected energy data. Best of all, you own the easy to use database of energy information we create for you and you never have to do data entry! In some cases, customized programming is available for export of energy bill data into your Accounts Payable system.
We start by building your energy database with your help! You can either transfer the data on an Excel spreadsheet or complete the information in the template we provide. Our staff will do the set up using data from your utility companies and information you provide by completing our Building Information Template. By obtaining an automatic download from your utility company, you can be assured that the database information is accurate. Best of all, you can decide what information is to be included in your Facilities Inventory, providing another valuable tool for tracking your assets.
