- Providing software tools to Government, Educational and Commercial organizations that are best in class and that enable management to view more variables for accurate decision making.
- Providing these tools at an affordable price performance level that encourages their use and assures commensurate savings or improvement.
- User friendliness that enables the Energy Manager, Financial Operations Manager or the Building Maintenance Engineer to use on the fly.
- Adherence to The International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (MVP) which provides an overview of current best practice techniques for verifying results of energy efficiency. If management changes, others can interpret results and remediation. TKG accepts the responsibility to convey findings to new management.
- Always providing viable options for clients to select that solution that fits their mechanical and budget parameters and to encourage the use of in-house engineering when applicable.
- Be the undisputed leader on the measurement of green house emissions: carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, and methane.
- Turnkey responsibility for: candidate selection, guidance for grant writing & submission, procurement, design and construction administration for energy centric projects.
